Andrew B.
Private tutor in Hopewell, VA
Education
Longwood University - BA, Modern Languages, Spanish concentration GPA: 3.89 Summa Cum Laude
Experience
I have worked as a Spanish teacher for the Pittsylvania County, VA school system, teaching both middle and high school students. I have studied in Spain and use the language regularly. I worked as a part-time tutor at the Huntington Learning Center from April-May 2014. I prefer tutoring to the traditional classroom setting because it allows me to work on a smaller scale and give students more individual attention. I can get a better sense of students' needs and tailor my lessons to address them. As your Spanish tutor, I will try my best to make the language as clear as possible to you and explain the workings of Spanish in a way you can understand. I look forward to working with you!
